When Does Downtime for Fortnite v33.30 Start?

January 31 at 4 AM ET
The teaser shows three modified versions of popular Chapter 1 skins that will be part of the OG Pass; Epic has revamped Sparkle Specialist, Cuddle Team Leader, and Black Knight. Even though Cuddle Team Leader wasn’t part of the original Season 2 Pass, it’s one of the most iconic Chapter 1 skins in Fortnite, so it makes sense to include it in the OG Pass.

Downtime starts at 4 AM ET but matchmaking will be disabled about a half hour before then. It is unknown how long it’ll take for servers to go back up, and the release time for Fortnite OG Chapter 1 Season 2 has not been revealed, so gamers will have to wait and see if it becomes available as soon as downtime ends or if it’ll only go live at 9 AM ET, which is when events tend to start in Fortnite.
